Dreams
It's so important to have dreams. Some dreams are big and some are small, but when you realize a dream has come true, it's important to stop and just enjoy the moment.
Of course many of you know that I have been working with CHF now for sometime. Their background stamps are what caught my eye initially - they had so many and at such reasonable prices, I just could not resist. I will have to check with Liz, but I think my first order was around $200 of backgrounds!
I told Liz recently that I had some backgrounder stamp ideas brewing in my crazy brain and she told me to go for it. :) Today saw the release of my very first start to finish stamp designs. There are a few that Richard must take the credit for - the Montana Tree Bark and Cracked Montana Earth. Love those.
This release came a little faster than we all expected so I haven't even stamped any of them except the Woodgrain. Here is my first design with my first stamp:
I promise to get back to my Dreams of Design articles soon! CHF has so much rubbah coming to the market in the next few weeks, I am just doing my best to keep on top of it all. :D
Here are the 8 Backgrounders that were released today:
Montana Tree Bark
Woodgrain
Cracked Montana Earth
Tulle
Petite Pattern
Cheesecloth
Scalloped Lace
Gingham
Thanks for taking a look and sharing this special day with me! :)

Wow, just think of the things you can do with these stamps.

Fabulous card with your new Woodgrain background, Lisa! That's one I ordered! Your thoughts about acknowleging and enjoying achievements also reminded me of another favorite saying of mine:
"Now and then
it is good to pause
in our pursuit of happiness
and just be happy."
Congratulations on your dream come true. Enjoy your happiness. Linda
